What’s included
- In-person GP examination and completion, signing and stamping of your medical form
- Blood and urine samples taken in clinic, processed by our partner laboratory
- Chest X-ray at our partner imaging centre, with a radiologist’s report
- 12-lead ECG in clinic
- Copies of all your results, and the signed form ready to submit
Tests we carry out
Based on the usual China requirements. If your form lists something different, we follow your form.
- Blood group
- Full blood count and ESR
- Liver function (ALT, AST, bilirubin)
- HIV 1 & 2
- Hepatitis B surface antigen
- Hepatitis C antibody
- Syphilis
What to bring
- Passport
- The Physical Examination Record for Foreigner form (download it from the Chinese visa service)
- A recent passport photo for the form
- A list of any regular medicines
The GP signs and stamps every page of the form and attaches your photo. Some cities still ask for a repeat check after you arrive in China.
