- The wording your consulate asks for, if they have given you any
We issue the bilingual English and Spanish medical certificate stating you have no disease that could have serious public health effects (International Health Regulations 2005).
Most Spanish consulates want the certificate apostilled and less than 3 months old. You send it to the FCDO Legalisation Office after your appointment.
