Tests we carry out
Based on the usual Japan (JET) requirements. If your form lists something different, we follow your form.
- TB blood test (QuantiFERON), instead of a chest X-ray
- Urine test
What to bring
- Passport
- The JET Certificate of Health form
- Details of any medicines you plan to take to Japan
The TB result usually has to be less than 3 months old when you submit it, so time your appointment with your deadline.
Some common medicines, including some ADHD medicines and strong painkillers, are restricted in Japan. Ask the GP if you are unsure.
